Insta-trim™ biodegradable oil is a non-zinc, environmentally friendly hydraulic oil. Based on advanced “zinc and chlorine free” technology, our oil is formulated to ensure exceptional performance in hydraulic fluid systems which are subjected to severe duty. While, for environmental reasons, our oil contains non-zinc ep/anti-wear additives, it still provides extremely low wear in a variety of operating environments leading to longer pump life, less downtime and better machine utilization. The good thermal stability means that systems can run at higher operating temperatures for longer periods, reducing the downtime normally resulting from fluid degradation. The oxidation stability of the oil results in long oil life.
