When wiped once with undiluted Permanon Silicon sealer, polyurethene topcoat for yachts experienced a decrease in gloss units of only 23% compared to a loss of 39% on the untreated sample after 5000 hours in the Weather-o-meter test chamber.

No, Permanon contains no wax. The active ingredient in Permanon is the element Silicon (Si14)
How do you apply it?
It is best applied by misting it onto a surface, then wiping dry with a clean dry micro fibre cloth or rinsing it with clean water.
How does it work?
All surfaces have a negative charge; Permanon when mixed with water has a positive charge. When a surface is misted with
Permanon the positive charged Silicon bonds electrostatically, water is simply the carrier.
How long will a treated surface last?
The only way to remove Permanon is by abrasion or by using a cleaner with an alkalinity of PH12 or higher. So if neither abrasion nor PH12 or higher is not present Permanon will remain on a surface.
What can I treat with Permanon?
Any hard surface can be treated - plastics, metals, painted/varnished surfaces,
gel coat, glass, FRP and polished stone to name a few. Permanon works on the nano
level and will offer no protection on fabric or suede.
Is Permanon safe to use?
Permanon is non-flammable and contains no toxic substances.

Permanon PS Paste is a completely different (and very effective) product based on a mixture of high quality soaps instead of the conventional abrasive compounds usually found in cleaners.
- Almost PH neutral when applied- between PH 7 and 7.6 and is non-abrasive.

Permanon Boat Shampoo 2-in-1
Mild cleaning and effective coating product suitable for all varnished and metallic surfaces, for interior and exterior use especially for sensitive boat surfaces. No yellowing from UV exposure as with wax based products.
Permanon Boat Shampoo only contains silicon and polymers in a water based solution. Competing products usually contain silicone oils or fluoric silane, combined with polymers and / or solvents.
500ml of concentrate makes a ready-mixed solution of 20 litres using a 2% concentration.
Permanon products do NOT undergo any chemical reaction with the material to be coated.
